This Subscription, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Subscription Policy") governs recurring paid subscriptions to the Pulse Target AI platform and related subscription-based Services.
This Policy forms part of the legal agreement between the subscriber and Pulse Target AI, Inc. ("Pulse Target AI," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
This Policy should be read together with the Pulse Target AI Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Trading and Investment Risk Disclosure.

The price actually applicable to a subscriber is the price clearly displayed and accepted by that subscriber at checkout.
If Pulse Target AI later offers additional subscription plans, promotional prices, annual plans, educational packages, enterprise arrangements, or other products, those products may be subject to different pricing and terms disclosed before purchase.
The $99 Pulse Target AI subscription is a recurring monthly subscription.
By purchasing the subscription, the subscriber authorizes the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method:
Applicable taxes, if any, may be added as required by law.
THE SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS EACH MONTH UNLESS IT IS CANCELED.
Each successful monthly renewal extends paid subscription access for the next applicable monthly billing period.
The subscriber authorizes recurring charges by affirmatively purchasing the subscription after the subscription price and recurring nature of the subscription have been disclosed.
Pulse Target AI intends to obtain affirmative authorization before initiating a recurring paid subscription.

Pulse Target AI does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes directly in its application database when payment information is processed by the Company's third-party payment processor.

The initial payment date generally establishes the subscriber's recurring billing cycle, subject to the payment processor's billing rules and any subsequent authorized changes.
For example, a subscription beginning on a particular calendar date will generally renew approximately monthly thereafter unless canceled or otherwise modified.
Calendar variations, payment-processing timing, technical conditions, or billing-system rules may cause minor differences in the exact processing time.
By subscribing, the subscriber authorizes recurring charges to the payment method associated with the subscription until:
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining valid and accurate payment information with the applicable payment processor.
Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in unsuccessful renewal, suspension, restricted access, or termination of the subscription.
If a recurring payment fails, Pulse Target AI or its payment processor may attempt to collect the payment again in accordance with applicable payment-processing settings and law.
The subscriber may receive electronic notices concerning failed or past-due payments.
Access to paid Services may be restricted, suspended, or terminated when the subscription is unpaid, past due, incomplete, expired, or otherwise not in a status that authorizes paid access.
Restoration of access may require successful payment or establishment of a valid subscription.
Unless expressly provided by Pulse Target AI or required by applicable law, subscribers should not assume that a grace period will apply after a failed subscription payment.
Technical access may be suspended when the subscription is no longer in an eligible paid status.
A subscriber may cancel the recurring Pulse Target AI subscription.
Cancellation is intended to prevent future recurring subscription charges after the cancellation becomes effective.
Pulse Target AI will provide a reasonably accessible method for subscribers to cancel or manage their recurring subscription.

When technically supported, Pulse Target AI or its payment processor may provide an electronic confirmation indicating that a cancellation request was received or processed.

Unless otherwise expressly stated or required by law, cancellation of a monthly subscription does not immediately terminate access that has already been paid for.
A subscriber who cancels will ordinarily retain access through the end of the then-current paid billing period.
After that period expires, the subscription will not renew and paid member access may end.
A subscriber who does not want another monthly charge should submit the cancellation sufficiently before the next renewal is processed.
Because payment processing is automated, a cancellation submitted after a renewal charge has already been processed may not prevent that charge.

Except where required by law or expressly authorized by Pulse Target AI, cancellation during a monthly billing period does not automatically entitle the subscriber to a prorated refund for the unused portion of that period.

Subscribers who reasonably believe that they were charged more than once for the same subscription period should promptly contact Pulse Target AI so the billing records can be reviewed.

A subscriber who believes that a payment method was used without authorization should promptly:

The initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute may result in restriction or suspension of the associated paid subscription while the matter is investigated, where permitted by law and payment-processor rules.
Pulse Target AI may provide relevant transaction, account, subscription, or consent records to the payment processor or financial institutions when reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute.
Pulse Target AI may maintain records demonstrating the subscriber's acceptance of the legal agreements applicable to the subscription.

Subscribers consent to receive subscription-related communications electronically, including communications concerning:
Pulse Target AI may use the subscription status received from its payment system to determine whether a member is entitled to access paid features.
Statuses indicating an active or otherwise authorized subscription may permit access.
Canceled, expired, unpaid, incomplete, or other ineligible statuses may result in loss or restriction of paid access.
Where the subscription is configured to cancel at the end of the current billing period, the subscriber may continue to access paid Services until that period ends.
No new recurring charge should be processed for a subsequent period after the cancellation takes effect, subject to payment-processing timing and applicable law.
Pulse Target AI may immediately suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
Refund treatment in such circumstances will be determined according to applicable law, the Terms of Service, and the circumstances of the violation.
If Pulse Target AI permanently discontinues a paid subscription service for reasons unrelated to the subscriber's misconduct, the Company may, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law:

Because trading outcomes are outside Pulse Target AI's control, a subscriber's trading loss, unsuccessful trade, missed opportunity, incorrect prediction, failed signal, or failure to achieve an expected move does not by itself create a right to a subscription refund.
This provision does not limit any right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Temporary interruptions resulting from maintenance, internet failures, market-data providers, news providers, cloud infrastructure, payment systems, third-party APIs, cybersecurity events, or other technical conditions do not automatically create a right to a refund.
Pulse Target AI may provide credits or other remedies when appropriate based on the nature and duration of a material service interruption.
If a material outage attributable to Pulse Target AI substantially prevents access to the paid Service for an extended period, Pulse Target AI may evaluate whether an account credit, extension, refund, or other appropriate remedy should be provided.
Any legally required remedy will be provided notwithstanding this Policy.
Pulse Target AI may change subscription prices in the future.
A price change will not retroactively alter a charge already paid.
For an existing recurring subscriber, Pulse Target AI intends to provide reasonable advance notice of a material subscription-price change before the new price is charged, and will comply with any additional notice or consent requirements imposed by applicable law.
Where legally required or operationally appropriate, a subscriber may need to affirmatively accept a new price before it becomes effective.
If the subscriber does not accept a required new price, the subscription may terminate at the end of the period paid at the previously authorized price rather than renew at the new price.
Pulse Target AI may offer promotional pricing, discounts, coupons, or other limited offers.
Promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or conditions.
Unless the promotion expressly states otherwise, the regular subscription price applicable after the promotional period will be disclosed before purchase where required.
Pulse Target AI does not promise that a free trial will always be available.
If a free trial is offered, its duration, eligibility requirements, conversion to paid service, cancellation deadline, and recurring price will be disclosed before the user enrolls.
Subscription prices may be exclusive of sales, use, communications, digital-service, or other taxes that Pulse Target AI or its payment processor is legally required to collect.
Applicable taxes may be added to the amount charged.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed as "$" or "USD" by Pulse Target AI refer to United States dollars.
Pulse Target AI is not responsible for independent fees imposed by a subscriber's bank, card issuer, financial institution, currency-conversion provider, or similar third party.
A subscription is intended for the authorized account holder unless Pulse Target AI expressly offers a multi-user or organizational plan.
Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or transferring paid access without authorization may result in suspension or termination.
A subscription may not be transferred to another individual or account without Pulse Target AI's authorization.
This Policy primarily governs recurring Pulse Target AI platform subscriptions.
Courses, digital handbooks, educational packages, live instruction, or other one-time purchases may have separate pricing, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms that will be disclosed before purchase.
A one-time educational purchase should not be assumed to include a recurring Pulse Target AI subscription unless expressly stated.

A transaction may be rejected, delayed, reviewed, or canceled when fraud, unauthorized payment use, identity misuse, or another security risk is reasonably suspected.
Subscription records, receipts, billing confirmations, and cancellation records may be provided or maintained electronically.
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with their account.
Subscribers should maintain a valid email address so they can receive important subscription, billing, security, and legal communications.
Pulse Target AI will provide any automatic-renewal notice required by applicable law.
The exact notice requirements may depend on the length and structure of the subscription plan.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to reduce a notice obligation imposed by applicable consumer-protection law.
Pulse Target AI intends to disclose recurring subscription terms clearly and conspicuously before purchase and to comply with Florida automatic-renewal requirements to the extent they apply to a particular subscription arrangement.

The applicability of particular statutory notice requirements depends on the terms and duration of the applicable service contract and should be confirmed in the final attorney-approved version.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive or restrict a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
If applicable law provides a cancellation, refund, notice, dispute, payment, or other consumer right greater than the rights described in this Policy, the applicable law controls.
Pulse Target AI intends to present the material price and recurring nature of a subscription clearly before payment authorization.
Pulse Target AI does not intend to conceal mandatory recurring charges or represent a recurring subscription as a one-time payment.

Failure to provide required acceptance may prevent the subscription checkout from beginning.

Payment of a subscription fee does not authorize the subscriber to:

Nothing in this Subscription Policy eliminates remedies or protections that applicable federal or state law does not permit Pulse Target AI and a consumer to waive.

When a material change requires advance notice or renewed affirmative consent under applicable law, Pulse Target AI will provide the required notice or obtain the required consent before applying the change.

This Policy supplements the Pulse Target AI Terms of Service.
In the event of a conflict, the more specific subscription or billing provision generally controls with respect to subscription billing, subject to applicable law and any separately executed agreement.
Except to the extent federal law or another mandatory law applies, this Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida consistent with the governing-law provisions of the Pulse Target AI Terms of Service.

BY PURCHASING THE CURRENT STANDARD PULSE TARGET AI SUBSCRIPTION, THE SUBSCRIBER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PRICE IS US $99.00 PER MONTH AND THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS MONTHLY UNTIL CANCELED.
THE SUBSCRIBER AUTHORIZES RECURRING MONTHLY CHARGES TO THE APPLICABLE PAYMENT METHOD UNTIL THE SUBSCRIPTION IS CANCELED OR OTHERWISE TERMINATED.
UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW OR EXPRESSLY STATED, CANCELLATION ORDINARILY PREVENTS FUTURE RENEWAL WHILE ACCESS CONTINUES THROUGH THE END OF THE CURRENT PAID BILLING PERIOD, AND NO AUTOMATIC PRORATED REFUND IS PROVIDED FOR A PARTIALLY USED MONTH.
